Having Trouble Booking?
If you are finding it hard to find a time that suits you, your working hours or commitments, please do reach out to me at the contact details below as I can book ad hoc clinic times when required. Alternatively, if you would just rather speak to a human, give me a call.
Also, if you cannot find a 90 minute slot showing as available, please re-search as there may be 60 minute slots available instead.
Refer For A Reward
If you refer a client to me who then books a session, receive £5 off your next booking as a ‘thank you’!
Other Treatments
I also offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage and can combine this with your MFR treatment if necessary or it can be offered as a stand-alone treatment. This can help with persistent oedema or sluggishness/tiredness - 60 minutes: £40
Self Myofascial Release Therapy
Imagine getting the benefits of MFR as and when you need a top up! I now offer sessions in self-rehab which will teach you how to use SMFR therapy tools to support your well-being between treatments. We can work together to create a programme you can do at home. We can discuss your needs, I will devise a home practice, provide you with the equipment and teach you how to use it. I can also run group classes for larger parties.

What To Expect
In your first session, we will spend around 15-20 minutes filling out your consultation form (if you wish to see this form in advance, you can request that I email it to you)
I will explain how the treatment will unfold; you are always in charge of what does and does not happen in your session; your comfort and ease comes first.
MFR is hands-on-skin, so treatment is usually conducted with the client in underwear or, if you prefer, loose shorts and sports bra or loose tee shirt (please bring these with you if that is your preference). Wherever possible you will be covered.
I will always check in that you are comfortable with where I need to work before we begin and if you are not, there is always another way to work.
MFR is generally a deeply relaxing experience - many people say it is more relaxing that a traditional massage!
After the session, we will check in. Follow up sessions can then be booked in advance if relevant.
Please bring water with you if you need it.
If you have any questions, you can email me at mfrnorfolk@gmail.com or on the details at the borrow of the page.
PLEASE READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND GDPR INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
